Feeling Midterms? Take a Break and Relax...

Self-care is key to staying healthy, managing stress, and living a more productive and enjoyable life. Make time today (and every day) to slow down, relax, and take care of yourself. To help you do this, the Health Promotion Office has a Relaxation Station for your daily dose of relaxation and rejuvenation!

  • Meet-Us Mondays
    NYU Student Health Leaders are available to chat while enjoying a cup of tea.
  • Toon-In Tuesdays
    Cartoons and snacks. What else do you need?
  • Wind-Down Wednesdays
    Okay, except brief backrubs from the Stressbusters Team!
  • Tuck-In Thursdays
    It's remarkable what a quick nap can do, and not in the library this time.
  • Fusion Fridays
    Speed friending and International beverages
