TAKING ACTION ON THE EUROPEAN REFUGEE CRISIS
Global issues like the European Refugee Crisis demonstrate that the challenges of the 21st century are simply too large and complex to be solved by a select group of people. This past May, the NYU Global Leadership Summit: Taking Action on the European Refugee Crisis invited undergraduate students to think critically about this global challenge and to develop the skills needed to take action and create meaningful impact.
Summit participants engaged with peers from across NYU campuses and worked with leadership development experts, thought leaders, and international policy makers to examine the Refugee Crisis from a "systems" perspective. Click here to watch the opening panel in which the group discusses the context in which the crisis developed, its underlying issues and the interactions between key players.
