F-1 Employment Workshops

F-1 INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

If you are interested in working off-campus, including unpaid internships, you do need to learn about the F-1 student immigration regulations governing off-campus employment.  The Office of Global Services [OGS] is conducting two in-person workshops next week.     -  This is especially important for students completing their degree

        by 12/2013.  It is also important for student completing 5/2014

*  F-1 Employment Options Before Completion of Degree

    Wednesday, 9/25/2013  12pm to 1:30pm, Kimmel 905

    -  This workshop will explain what employment is; how immigration

        requirements fit into unpaid internships; and the types of

        F-1 off-campus employment options available.
