Come learn about a wide range of minors offered by NYU schools outside of CAS, such as Engineering, Public Health, Social Work, Steinhardt, Stern, Tisch, and Wagner. Sponsored by the CAS Advising Center, this annual event complements the Student Council’s Nov 2 showcase of CAS majors and minors. Considering graduate school in the humanities, social sciences, or natural sciences? Whether you plan to apply to a Master's or PhD program this year or in the future, a critical component of your application will be the personal statement. Students who attend this workshop will learn what goes into a strong personal statement, and will have a chance to develop their own approach to this important aspect of the graduate school application. Sponsored by the CAS Preprofessional Advising Center and the Expository Writing Program.
